1. Free hand test must be allowed.
2. No cash transaction will be entertained before testing, Right to leave the spot immediately at his discretion and the specified expenses or consultancy fees will be forfeited.
3. The buyer is being requested to get rid of any hazarder material at the spot.
4. No payment will make on a foot track.
5. Second party must pay tem times of consultancy fees amount as penalty charges if fails to pay the payment within mentioned time.

1. While the material is ok than the company will pack the material with their own packing kits and handover to the 1^st
2. The payment if any will be made within 2hrs by the buyers after testing is every details, Full confidentiality/secrecy will be maintained by all concerned (buyers and sellers side).
